Milk Street Baby^® Extended Warranty

The Milk Street Baby® “Extended Warranty” is activated through registration on our website and is applicable when a manufacturing fault has arisen despite the normal, recommended use, and maintenance of the said Milk Street product as provided through our instruction manual. 

What we cover:

• The product only having been used for the purpose for which the product is intended.
• The product having undergone ordinary maintenance, as described in maintenance/instruction manual.
• Upon the “Extended Warranty” being invoked, proof of purchase shall be presented, via the original, date stamped purchase receipt. This also applies to any secondary or subsequent owner.
• The product appearing in its original state, hereunder that the only parts used have been supplied by Milk Street Baby Products LLC and are intended for use on, or together with, the Milk Street product.
• The manufacturer date code of the product legible; not having been destroyed or removed.

Any deviations here from require the prior written consent of Milk Street Baby Products LLC.  No travel costs on the part of the purchaser are covered under the terms of the warranty.

Milk Street Baby Products LLC 

• Reserve the right to replace, at the time of the warranty being invoked, defective parts by parts that are of approximately the same design.
• Reserve the right to supply a replacement product in cases where the relevant product is no longer being manufactured at the time of the warranty being invoked. Such product shall be of corresponding quality and value.

A warranty request shall be made as soon as possible, after any defect has been discovered, and shall be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. 

What we do not cover:

• Issues caused by normal “wear and tear.”
• Issues caused by normal developments in the parts making up the product (e.g. coloration changes, as well as wear and tear).
• Issues caused by minor variations in materials (e.g. color differences between parts).
• Issues caused by extreme influence from external factors like sun/light, temperature, humidity, environmental pollution, etc.
• Damage caused by accidents/mishaps – for example any other objects having bumped into the product or any person having overturned the product by colliding with it. The same applies if the product has been overloaded, for example, in terms of the amount of weight placed on it.
• Damage inflicted on the product by external influence, for example when the product is being shipped as luggage.
• Consequential damage, for example, damage inflicted on any persons and/or another objects.
• If the product has been fitted with any accessories that have not been supplied by Milk Street the ”Extended Warranty” shall lapse.
• The “Extended Warranty” shall not apply to any accessories that have been purchased or supplied together with the product, or at a subsequent date.

The Milk Street Baby® Extended Warranty does not cover issues caused by normal use of the product – “wear and tear”, overloading of the product, minor variations in materials such as color differences as well as extreme influence by external factors such as sunlight, temperature, humidity and environmental pollution. Damage caused by accidents, transport, collisions or mishaps as well as theft are not covered by the Milk Street Baby Extended Warranty. Should you experience any difficulty or issue with Milk Street product we kindly ask you to contact Milk Street Baby Customer Service at 1-844-876-5455 so that our team can advise you accordingly? When you call, please have the full description of your product, a copy of the original proof of purchase, model, and color, as well as the manufacturer date code ready in order for our Milk Street Baby team to advise you in a timely and efficient manner. The date of manufacture can be found on or the crib’s lower side rail. Please do not contact the distributor or retailer as they are not authorized to resolve the issue. If the product is defective, Milk Street Baby Products LLC, in its discretion, may replace, repair or give a full or partial credit towards new merchandise. Milk Street Baby Products LLC may require the defective product to be returned prior to its replacement or a credit given. Only if Milk Street Baby Products LLC determines that the product is defective, will Milk Street Baby Products LLC refund the cost of shipping the product to Milk Street Baby. This warrant gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary state to state. The limited warranties described above are the only warranties offered in connection with these products.

Milk Street Baby Products LLC MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF TITLE AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. MILK STREET BABY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Registration in the Warranty Database entitles the owner to an”Extended Warranty” as follows:

• 5-year warranty against any manufacturing defect in the product. The”Extended Warranty” also applies if the product has been received as a gift. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim a warranty.

Milk Street Baby Products LLC will, under the”Extended Warranty”

• Replace or – if Milk Street Baby Products LLC thus prefers – repair the defective part, or the product in its entirety.
• Reserve the right to supply a replacement product in cases where the relevant product is no longer being manufactured at the time of the warranty being invoked. Such product shall be of corresponding quality and value.

The defect will be remedied in accordance with the above provisions if a member of the Milk Street Baby team determines that the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.
